I bought a shaft from them no problems really just the adapter not fitted inline to any of the shaft markings

Are you sure you have put the shaft in the head right lmao
Shaft marking are just for display they do not need to be aligned with any thing especially when your using an adjustable adapter

Be nice if the spine was aligned to A1 though!
