Driver/Wood club face/shaft position

Hi all,

Just a quick question, when you set up with a driver/wood should the club face and shaft all run parrallel or should the hands be in front or behind the club head. Hope you understand this question!

As the ball is teed well forward your hands are likely to be behind the ball (in front of your belt buckle).
