Driver Grip

I prefer a large grip on my driver - preferably of even diameter of about 3.5cm along its length.

Would it be illegal to fit a round putter grip to a driver?

Provided that the grip is round in cross section, and it does not at any point exceed 44.45mm (1 3/4inch) in diameter, then it is legal.

I can generally achieve about 200 yds with this type of grip - but it is usually straight which is important.

I then have a good second shot in - using a 5 wood.

I am also looking at Jumbo non - taper grips does anybody have any recommendations?
