I much prefer Milngavie to Douglas Park. It is a nice enough track with a few nice holes, 17 and 18 are both good holes which makes it a pleasent finish.
If you want a very good test of golf in that area look no further than Esporta Douglaston. It is a very very tough track with a few awesome holes. I think its a real test of golf, just make sure you hit it straight off the tee!

I can't agree more with thecraw Dougalston is a great course. I was actually going to suggest it until I read craws post.

Its not even the best course in Milngavie, never mind Glasgow. Average parkland track and usually wet. Don't pay over the odds for green fee's.
