Doldrums - bye bye

Decided to take the play through the bad patch approach.
Course this morning was frozen but skies blue and no wind. Tees back in play although forward so shortening the course by 250yds. Par 67.

66 shots later I'm well chuffed - 2 bogeys and 3 birdies.

I know it's a shorter course but by my reckoning the frozen greens and lack of run means about evens. It's not a bad feeling this!

Very impressive splash, epecially given the conditions! Agree with you that a shorter course doesn't mean an easier course, so well done. Would love to come out of a bad patch with that sort of score!

Yours have gone and mine have arrived. Played shocking today (25 points) in the roll up although saved the best to last and hit a wedge to 6 feet and rattled in the birdie at the last
