Do you always have a flutter?

Our Saturday roll up is £2 per head. Pay out on winner and 2nd. If the scores are tied we take the kitty and buy lucky dip national lottery tickets for that weekend. Had a few small lottery payouts in recent weeks.

We're playing a winter eclectic that'll end this coming Saturday, the prize fund for which will be over £50 :) We also normally play for 50p lowest net in bounce games.

In medal play we don't have a wager, we just concentrate on getting our .1 increase ;)

Now SHOCK yourselfs.........at my club in the saturday swindle there is a AVERAGE of about £120 of side bets going on in each 4 ball (average of 20 players or 5 groups) +£20 is the swindle entry!!! Lukily I dont play in that swindle!!!

Yes, always have a bet just to keep things interesting, if your having a rubbish round.

Everyone puts £3 in the pot, usually between 10 and occasionly 24 people. which is split for best stableford score on the Front 9, Back 9 and Overall.

50p for nearest the hole on one of the Par 3's

£2, £2 & £1 for the match (if in a fourball) or in a 3 ball then would play skins or chairmans/cricket for whatever agreed amount.

Basically if you lose everything its going to cost you between £8 and £10.
