Did it years ago. All that energy expended to go nowhere. Commercial exercise, like commercial diets are a scam. That includes HIIT.
So instead do something paleo:

I get the same sensation when I try and get into the 7:52 to London and then tube... fighting to get thru, swimming against the tide, lifting the backpack/bike over people, holding your breath because of BO etc... all this privilege at about 5 grand
 
May be you were just doing it wrong, and if done properly you wouldn’t have gone “nowhere” !

Been a bit easier these last few months I believe!
 
I havent seen a train since March... if i get my way, i never want to commute again..
It may not be a great job, but I only have a 2 mile commute! There was a time when it was 800mls per week! Mind you, that was via 18 holes on several days of course!
