Having been kindly alerted to the recent very good deals by Parmo I decided it was time to upgrade two of my wedges. My Mx15's come with a SW and I am thinking of chaging over to the MX25's soon so decided on getting the 56deg Callaway Forged + Vintage for a bargain £34.99. Also I have a MD superspin 60deg and decided to upgrade to the Mizuno Raw Haze 60deg.

Both clubs arrived today after only ordering last Friday, i got the Mizuno out first which was wrapped in bubble wrap, celophane and had the official certificate, really pleased. BUT, the Callaway had marks on the face, a small dink on the back of the face and the grip was worn away in the normal hand positioning (it just doesn't have the sticky grip, but I assume that this is the way that it supposed to be, hence the white flecks in the grip?). It had a rusted appearance but this is normal and i am fine with that.

What would you do? Should I complain, after all it is a bargain, but seems to be used, or are my inexperiences showing through again!

the critical point is how it was advertised.

advertised as new or like new or specific points misrepresented - you have a valid complaint

advertised as used, but quality not specified - buyer beware

The markings on the face could be classified as intentional.

Dinks on the back and a worn grip aren't so I would speak to them and see what they have to say.

Had a problem with my order today (Mizuno 60 Degree Raw Haze) but only due to me putting down the wrong exp date! The guy I dealt with was helpful and said he'd get it to me before Christmas.

Give them a call I'm sure they'll be helpful
