Dealt with it quite bit lately, both for DBS in England and Disclosure Scotland. Checks for my staff & the permitted levels of disclosure to our customers. Also aware of the handling/data protection thereof.

Hobbit anwered it,was if spent convictions show up on DBS. Checked the Disclosure and they do not on a basic search.
