Different Shaft?

I have just purchased a set of Mizuno JPX 800 irons off e-bay for a very good price. Upon receiving them I have noticed the 7 iron is fitted with a Dynamic Gold R300 shaft where as the rest of the set is Dynalite Gold XP R300.

Will an improving 15 handicapper like myself notice much difference?

If so should I be looking around for another Dynalite shaft for the 7 ironP

The dynamics are slightly heavier with a lower launch. Would you notice the difference ? Possibly. Would it make you play any worse / better? I doubt it. Pretty easy to get a new shaft fitted if it concerns you that much.

I don't think it will make a heck of a lot of difference. If this fact was not declared on the ebay auction, you should contact the seller.

go out and hit them - your only cause for concern is if you develop a preference based around any perceived difference ie, if you feel you prefer the feel of the 7 iron you will have a bias in your club selection that is a really bad thing!

personally I think you will feel a slight difference, but I agree with the others that say it won't be a material difference!
