You want to move to the driest part of the country not the mildest (wettest). Get yourself over to Norfolk where it hardly ever rains much to worry about. Couple of years ago when the whole country was flooded we had burnt fairways and were desperate for some rain. It gets a little chilly sometimes in the wind but just bung on an extra layer and no probs.

Dont go down south/west they all talk funny and crunch carrots
