Decent Slippers

lol, brilliant thread. I checked the time of the first post just in case it was midnight, half a bottle of whisky, post. Then I checked to see if I'd logged on to the Woman's World or Cosmo website. And then after seeing the Simpson's slippers I checked my slippers to see if I should get some of them..... and a season ticket for counselling.

Brilliant guys, still chuckling here.

I'm having a big problem, most of our house downstairs is either wood or tiled floors. As I have one foot a shoe size difference it can be a problem as one will be too tight or the other too loose! And as they stretch they end up falling off my feet when I walk!! HID bought me 3 pairs from clarkes and they all went back!

Last year I was wearing some heavy effort from M&S. Felt like I was walking around with Johnny Vegas and Laura Davies lashed to my ankles. ;) hopefully I'll get something snug and flexible in the sales.

Well, I got a decent pair today. No, not the wife's unfortunately. ;) They were from Bed Taker, dark brown with solid sole and hair-lined inside. Nice and comfortable  Cold weather can now begin.

Can't wear slippers in the house because of the build up of static - end up with a nervous twitch because I get shocks off everything from the tele to the kettle!!

Bare foot in the house for me, and a pair of flip flops by the back door!

Get into Asda, they sell decent mocassin type ones with fleecy linings, super warm and comfy. They are better looking than the checked type too. I think they are about £6.00 or £7.00
