Daylight driving bulb

I'm going to try and change a daylight driving bulb on my Astra car tomorrow. The access hole is difficult the get into and is only quite small. Anyone done it and do you have any tips - thanks

Go to Halfords and let them do it.
Unless you have fingers the size on knitting needles these simple jobs on modern cares are nigh on impossible 😫

One tip. Make sure you use a quality bulb such as bosch etc. Cheaper ones will not last as long and for the sake of a few quid it should save you having to do it again in the future.

Probably easier to take the whole light unit out, replace bulb and then refit.

Daughters dog light on her Honda Civic was smashed and it had to be changed for mot. Her step son who is a trainee mechanic said he would do it, so he did. Would of been a brilliant idea if he had put a bulb in as well. 😳

When I had a motorbike, the headlamp bulbs were notoriously difficult to get at.
I tried but had no joy so took it to my local bike dealer who got a mechanic to do it for me.
The manager commented that's why he always employed mechanics with thin fingers....

Until I retired I always employed a couple of mechanics so never had to touch anything on a car!
