Cypress Point - Visitor Rules

I like how they do their subs.......at the end of the year they just divide the total cost, salaries maintenance etc and bill each member.....simple

I doubt it. How do you pay for maintenance, salaries etc if you only collect subs at the end of the year? Terrible working capital management.

A sunrise round at Augusta and a twilight / sunset round at CP (with private jet in between) is my idea of a perfect day..

For sure the CP holes look visually stunning but at least equally so, to my eye, is holes 9-11 at Turnberry. Played them on a cloudless day. Golfing heaven
Would much rather play a lesser course with good mates, serious golf but having a laugh in between shots. Would be too worried about the colour of my underwear on some of these courses and thinking I might get chucked off the course.

Doesn't Queenwood do it this way? Though with their joining fee and typical annual membership fee I doubt they suffer many cash flow issues.

The Addington was like that as well before it was bought by Ron Noades. Membership was by invitation only and Moira, the owner, would vet prospective members and even sometimes go and look at their house to make sure that they were the "right kind of person".
