However if worn by some trendy young lad or lassie, I honestly don't see what the fuss is about.

They are tailored and no where near the same thing as jeans / shell suits.

Surly these were designed for mucky English courses In winter rather than baked fairways of the PGA tour.

Keeps you from getting the bottom of the trousers all mucky and wet. Splendid.

Team them with ancient football socks,Martin o niell style. Marvellous my boy.

Has anyone actually witnessed a normal person wearing these on a Golf Course, maybe GM should run a Comp for the first person seen wearing them, the prize could be a pair of waterproof trousers to cover them up.

It's bizarre that someone has decided this 'avenue' of trend is something to go down. Cuffed slim fit joggers are super comfy and can look ok out if you're just nipping round the shop for some milk, but cuffed jeans look rank, and these are more like chino material, so even worse.

Glad you're younger than me and agree Jordan, else I'd be afraid I'm turning into an old fart already .

Each to their own... I wouldn't wear these personally, however, I wouldn't wear those naughty trousers Royal and Awesome or Loud Mouth Golf do either. Mind you I find seeing overweight people in tight golf shirts disgusting as well, its like watching a rubber johnny being filled with custard.
