Courses in stafford?

Hi guys,
Just found out i am moving to Stafford, Hoping to go to Stafford college.
While i am at it.... Anybody know of any nice courses that i should look at memberships for?
Anybody living there or close too, whats the area like, and more importantly, whats the golf like

Night life is shite, better off going stoke. Couple of nice courses in Stone just down the road. Isaac Walton and Stone GC.

It's the next town north on the A34 mate... no more the 10 mins away.

Theres some ok ones about 10 minutes up the road. Keele GC is ok when its dry as well as Greenway Hall. The Manor and Uttoxeter GC are both good courses. Also Whiston Hall in Cheadle. Quite a few within a 20 minute drive.

I live 20 minutes south of Stafford, the only one I've played is Stafford Castle but I'd not recommend joining there.

There is someone on the forum who's a member of Ingestre GC in Stafford and from what I hear it's a good course.
