Obviously biased but I'll chuck in where I'm playing currently, Heythrop Park.

5 & 6 are both elevated tees, short par 4s over water.
8th tee is about same height as fairway but hit over a gorge, before playing up to the green after the dogleg.
11 is downhill, leaving a 3rd shot over water or oak tree depending on line.
13 is elevated tee across valley to par 3.
14 is raking par 5 which GPS will likely show as par 4 distance as crow flies, but plays long.
18th is the photo opp as play back to the mansion.
So drama amongst the ancient woodland and under budget :)

If you want views and elevation, have at look at Stinchcombe Hill GC near Dursley in the Cotswolds. Right on top of a ridge overlooking the Severn Valley. I haven’t played it but walked around it and it looked like it could be a good challenge, especially if the wind was up a bit. Excellent views as well
