Shirenewton..... so Monmouthshire
I meant they were issued by the individual counties.
They covered the whole of England except that Cornwall and possibly Devon withdrew them for 'outsiders' during the summer holiday season.
My mistake - I meant from the County. (Been thinking of EG matters too much in recent days)I thought the County Card system was run by individual counties. Where does EG come in to it?
These county cards prob a stupid question are they only valid in your county or can for example I go to Hertfordshire with my Essex one
Its not just your own county - you can use them in any county. Devon & Cornwall seem to be the oddities. Officially they dont seem to be in the scheme, but plenty folk on here have said that they've had their card accepted down there. These county cards prob a stupid question are they only valid in your county or can for example I go to Hertfordshire with my Essex one
In Northumberland you have to be over 65 to have one ☹. Is that the same in all counties?
This is the list we have currently. It seems Cornwall has changed since I had a card. Most clubs in Devon & Cornwall accept CC holders even in the summer but some restrictions do apply.
From the clubs I have played over there I would guess Alwoodley and Moortown with Ganton my 3rd choice. Who are they please?Only the 'sniffiest' two in my county.
