For three days this week, Sundridge Park gave been hosting the Kent Ladies Championship.

Huge congratulations to the Forum's very own Sandy on winning the plate competition.:clap:

Hope you enjoyed our East course Sandy.

Proof indeed that for better golf, use a Go Kart trolley. :p

What were the scores?

I think that it was one of those comps where Tuesday was 36 holes of medal play (scratch) for qualifying for 2 rounds of matchplay on Wednesday, and 2 rounds of matchplay today to play in the finals.

That, combined with practice round(s) on Monday, amounts to a lot of golf in 4 days.

Sandy's match finished on the 16th so either 4 up or 3 and 2.

Again, Well done Sandy.

p.s who's Sandy?

Cor thanks chaps - yes I really enjoy playing Sundridge. So much so that all the other plate matches went to the, 19th and 20th. I was a bit silly and qualified last so my first round in the main comp involved a bit of a 5&4 drubbing from the top qualifier. Then I managed to find my game. Had a great week, they're a good crowd and you wouldn't believe the talent of some of the youngsters there. made me very proud of them. Got selected for the first team squad again so I can be the age balancing factor! Back in the office playing catch up now
