ClubV1 not synching for all members

We are having an issue with ClubV1 not synching with EG HI for all members. Some members are not synching, but we can’t see any logic to who does synch, and who doesn’t, auto synch. We can resolve each individual by going into their ClubV1 profile, clicking on their HI box and then selecting synchronise.

We can’t find a waty to manually synch all nembers and are currently relying on members notifying us.

We have raised a ticket. Any suggestions please?

There's been an issue with dotgolf synchronisation for all ISVs for the last week or so.

In ClubV1 there is definitely an option to sync all handicaps with WHS - sorry, I can't remember where it is (we migrated to IG about 12 months ago).
