Cleveland Driver shaft adapter sleeves

Does anyone know if you can obtain these in the UK?

Have searched all over the web for a UK stockist with no luck. Had a phone call with Cleveland UK (Srixon) yesterday and they told me they have a policy not to send them to customers. Something to do with knowing what shafts are fitted across their user base.

Any help is appreciated as i am on the lookout for a new Fubuki tour shaft in stiff but have zero way of attaching it to my driver

no sign on gamola website so looks as if they are still fairly new to UK. Ebay US looks best bet at present.
