Read an interview with Lawrie this week. Apparently Davis apologised when he met Lawrie a couple of years later, told him that he didn't make the reported statement. Paul accepted that and all is well between them.

Hopefully he'll give Davis a nice wee scare for the Ryder Cup tho!
