Sat Swindle have organised a weekend away day to Chelsfield Lakes.

Havent played it for years but always remember it being painfully slow.

Anyone been there recently ?

12 of us played it two weeks ago on a Saturday don’t think any of our group was held up, maybe we were lucky as I know they do get a lot of society’s playing there.

Fine easy course for society’s.

Didn't enjoy in march when we played. But to be honest it should have been closed. The fairway was longer than the rough as they hadn't bothered to cut it (my course was wetter but better condition) didn't enjoy it

Have played before and really enjoyed it but when your aiming for fairway and losing a ball just in the fairway what's with that

Without knowing the whole itinery, I would suggest it’s probably just a meet up at another course within Kent

Ignore me.
Yes it's just 18 holes with breakfast and a meal after.
The swindle operates a fine system so pretty much a freebie.

Last time I played there, it was close to 6 hrs to get round though.

Was that the time we didnt get to play it ;)
It would have been around that time, but I booked for my Saturday group to play there, and breakies . Was a cracking good deal, and everyone said how much they would happily return to play there.
Was in great nick.
