does anyone have any links to cheap legit r11's driver and woods, looking to upgrade from my current 09 burners. and going to pop to my local american golf tommorow, and use price match :D

any help would be great.

I played with a guy on Sunday who had an R11 or a burner (not sure which, but it was white).

It looked very grubby. Not sure I could put up with that for long.

He must be a bit of a hacker then, or not use the head cover. Mine is still whiter than white after about a dozen rounds of use.

if you can wait until tomorrow i may have a one month old one forsale cheap. like new in 9*/Stiff.

Sad times :(

What are you looking to get OS? Don't tell me, you're going to join the 910 brigade?

going back to old burner ;)

What has the actual problem been with the R11 for you? I know you have been on the fence/out of love with it but why?

the problem isnt the club per'se... we all know it has to be me. On a good day this club is a monster without doubt. but on a bad day its bad bad.. no where near as forgiving as the 09 burner.

Now im not sure if its the shaft as the stock stiff in the r11 is slightly stiffer than the stock stiff in the burner, or if its the 440cc head instead of the 460cc, but although my distance is up by around 25-30 yards, the accuracy isnt there. As i said on a good day its stupidly long, but the different between a good and bad drive is to much of a penalty. Ive got a driving lesson tonight, and after that im going to have both drivers back to back with contact strips on the face. if im more consistent with the old burner, then the R11 can go up, but if i get it dialed it may stay. either way its only around 6 weeks old so should still fetch good money.

Or buy a 910! ;) ;) ;)

Bratts, dispite all the reviews for the 910, I just don't like the head shape, if I had to choose a new driver to replace the r11 it wools be the burner2 but as there is little difference between that and the burner 09 I wouldn't bother. I'd spend the money on a new gps instead ;)
