I've just been into a charity shop where I live in Leeds, I amazingly came out with 3 lambswool jumpers all Glenmuir crew necks perfect for the up coming winter. total cost £12.00 I know these jumpers cannot be far off £50 each. I'm happy and a bit done for charity mate.Anyone else use the charity shops? I do not think you can go wrong.

Will start using them I think, how's the irons going mate ? What do you think the big diff between the 2 sets you have had ?

Cheers

Ach, I thought you were going to tell me about a lovely looking chick in your charity shop. Blonde big bazookas 36 inch legs.

Very disappointed now that I see I read the thread title wrongly!

I've picked up a couple of Pringle jumpers and an Ashwotth shirt virtually as new from local charity shops and often find some decent balls amongst the baskets of old ones that 1 or 2 of them have. £1 for 3 nearly new ProV1s - bargain!

My parents used to get my school uniforms from the charity shops.

It was embarrasing sometimes going to school dressed as a german sniper :(

The charity shop near me has numerous golf sales, so far have picked up a couple of fairway woods and some irons for less than 20 pounds! :)

Done it again today, went and trawled the charity shops in town and came away with 2 M&S lambswool crewneck jumpers for £7.00 i'm sorted for winter jumpers and I've spent less than £20.00.
