A really enjoyable game ,and a fair result.Was end to end and good to watch.Celtic almost had it perfect tonightWish them well in the remaining matches(although I think MC looked fitter for the last 10 minutes).Just an observation from the other side of the city-jealous???-you have no idea!!!

I thought we were brilliant last night. really took the game to city, pressed them like mad when they had the ball, and defended heroically when we were under pressure near the end.
Barca beat City home and away, and we get 3 or 4 points from the Germans, we are in with a decent chance of second!

Celtic have the bones of a decent team.
Rogers bought very well in the summer. A couple of experienced players to help the youngsters.

Celtic will always be hard to beat on their own patch despite the difference in squad costs, atmos looked cracking. They don't travel well however so despite restoring some pride yesterday after their thumping in Spain they won't get out of the group imo but could well get 2 more decent results at home which would be a decent return this season I think in what is a very tough group.
Both defences looked AWOL last night, Celtic might give some EPL teams some ideas of how to beat City. Kompany and De Bruyne badly missed for City.

Kompany has barely played for City this season, not even sure if he has started in the BPL? They haven't missed him then. Also they played a full back at CB last night which could be a factor.
On the other hand De Bruyne is world class and imho is the best player in the Premier League currently.

That's not actually true City could have sold their allowance several times over. The returned tickets were from UEFA who get an allocation.

Glad that was brought up, lad was telling me it was kicking off on social media, where else. Tickets to be collected up north on the showing of id. Five people in the ticket office, serving thousands. Not gone down to well with the mancs.
in hindsight with last nights game. Not playing Stones from the start was not a great idea. Would be chuffed if I was a Celtic fan at the moment. Good team playing good football. Re the Celtic fans, wouldn't half fancy half of what they are on. Met a few thousand of them a good few years ago in Dublin. They were a credit to proper football fans.
Pleased for Dembele going to a good club and he's looking better and better but it's a stark reminder that Fulham have no one to get the goals this season which will be our undoing. I think Dembele is destined for much bigger clubs to come
