We could do with something light-hearted I think... Although still has the potential for furious argument. 😂

Just been munching through a box of Celebrations and thinking about what my tier list is. Top to bottom I'd go...

1. Malteser - unmoveable at the top for me.
2. Galaxy
3. Twix
4. Milky Way
5. Galaxy Caramel
6. Snickers
7. Mars
8. Bounty - often a last place candidate I think, but I might be underrating it, and tempted to have Mars at the bottom to be honest. Don't know why but Mars doesn't often do it for me.

Alright, what's yours?

1. Mars - the classic of all time from this confectioner.
2. Twix
3. Bounty
4. Snickers
5. Galaxy Caramel
6. Galaxy
7. Milky Way
8. Malteser - waste of time, but edible.

1. Malteser. I'd love to go around that factory 😍
2. Galaxy
3. Milky Way
4. Galaxy Caramel
5. Mars Bar
6. Snickers
7. Twix

In the bin - Bounty 🤢
Back in the 1960s and 70s my mum had a cousin who worked at the Mars factory.
From time to time we would get a massive box of stuff that had been defectively wrapped that the staff were allowed to take home.
Some of it was for export and the Mars and Bounty bars would be unfamiliar sizes with Canadian prices printed on.

Definitely not Bounty. It should be doused in petrol & burned…

Malteasers is tops, followed by Malteasers.😍

After that it’s whatever is left.

Most are a bit sweet for me these days.
Caramel being the worst sickly goo in a wrapper.
Loved the old plain chocolate bounty bars.

Bounty and Maltesers are the tops now but I don't love them.

This is going to be controversial I can’t stand celebrations, something about them irritates me.

That being said if I had to name the top 1, it’s absolutely bounty that for me is a god tier chocolate bar. One of my always go to things to grab from a garage and the dark chocolate one is next level 👌
Yep. Also not a fan of selection boxes of any description. Obviously I'll dutifully plough my way through half a tub if they get left in the office at christmas, but I'll hate myself for it and I won't touch the filthy Milky Ways.
Other than fabulous Bounty I'm not fussed about any flavoured chocolate bars. I'd much rather just have a couple of squares of 75-85% dark chocolate.

Elephant in the room guys…
Why would you buy celebrations in the first place when Quality st, Roses etc etc are available? Celebration chocs are available in their std size all year every year and are nothing special in that regards, and at best don’t make the top10 on list of tins/box of bite size chocs to buy

But lets assume some other demented soul bought the celebrations and is sharing …
Twix sits proudly at the top with galaxys taking next two spots to make the top 3
Bottom two are bounty with Maltesers propping up the field

That right there! That’s nails my irritation with them, I can’t eat any of them any day of the week and in a better size.

Now Quality Street or Roses! Even at 45 yrs old seeing a tin of those and piling into them I’m an 8yr old kI’d at Christmas again.

Quality St & Roses have even done us the service of making the tins smaller (better for the environment) and giving us less chocolate (helps with obesity) obviously this comes at huge cost to them and they are happy to accept a loss in profits just to help us and our planet.
Now a tin only costs the same price as a Lear Jet.
