Casual Rounds

Apologies if there is a thread on this elsewhere but looking for some advice or guidance.

I play my golf at Lanark, and we can play casual rounds anytime which is great.

My question however, is it possible to play casual rounds at other courses? I know the idea is to almost play every round with a card in your hand and the slope rating can be calculated from yellow, white or blue tee's at any course. Just wondering if anyone has successfully posted a casual score at a visiting course and if so, how do you go about it?

You'll need the Scottish Golf app. Just select General Play from the My Handicap screen and you can record a score at any club in Scotland. You need to register pre round whilst at the club, and also enter scores whilst there as it relies on GPS. Seems to be a bit glitchy so may or may not work!
