If I hit reply, type a bit, decide not to post, there doesn't seem to be a way of cancelling. It just gets saved as a draft. Even if back spaced.
He's talking about deleting BEFORE posting.Once you've posted there is an option under your post which allows you to "Report", "Edit" or "Delete". I don't know how long you have, but just hit the delete optiion.

And the way to avoid BW's 'dilemna' is to replace all the post's text with 'Deleted' or equivalent, then deleting that post - which takes about a second, as there's a 'confirm delete' question to agree to.
