What do you want to know? It's about the 'move' which is basically trying to brace against the right leg so you don't put too much weight on the right. Steve Elkington was S&T with Bennett and Plummer in about 2005 I think.
 
There is no magic bullet for the golf swing. I think all these suggestions are fads that come and go....

I don't really "want to know" anything, I just didn't get the excitement they were all showing for something that was just bracing the right knee, very standard in a good swing. Just wanted UK eyes to have a look as I thought I was missing something in translation.

Cheers fellas for affirming what I've always felt, there ain't nothing new.

I do believe that 'in the dirt' contains some wisdom. The reason why I like it is because when I 'screw' my right foot into the ground it stops me swaying. Mainly the ball of the foot in a clockwise motion. I agree with the comment though about fads...but that said our game changes from round to round anyway. Just helps on occasion to think of one issue to work on
