There is 1 chippy in the whole wide world that does fish toast.

It is similar to what's in a fishcake (but miles better) on a triangle of bread, in his own very thin covering (not fair to call it batter, as much lighter than that) and deep fried. Believe me it is the food of the gods.

He keeps the recipe more tightly guarded than Colonel Sanders. Also, if you want to see a Chinese looking fella talk dead scouse, Kenny Ling is your man.
