So what would you do in Tiger's situation? Get the driver out and risk spraying it all over the place? If the 3-iron gets the job done then so be it.

He's got a lead, if he's got any sense - and he's got it in bucket-loads - he'll play the percentages. He knows he'll make birdies, he's got to stop the bogeys.

Its up to the rest to catch him not up to Tiger to give them a chance.

And yes. If he plays like he has done for the last 2 days then he'll win.

Nothing boring about Tiger Woods play,Slagged for being wayward with the driver, slagged for hitting 3 irons! It's up to the rest of the wannabees and has beens to prove they have the bottle to win, or maybe they should wait until he gets another injury so they can pick up a few scraps and make a name for themselves.

If you were in that situation, you would try and hold the lead, not risk anything. Well I would, not that I'd ever be in that situation.

So in difficult conditions, Tiger plays well enough to post a score that gives him a four shot lead going into the third day. Because of that, it becomes a boring procession to the finishing line.

You guys are unreal. There is still a lot of golf to be played there and with a pack sitting on 3 under that includes Singh & Harrington I bet Tiger isn't looking at it as a "job done".

For those of you old enough to remember Nick Faldo in his prime, did his golf attract the same sort of negative view as has been posted here ? I think not
