Just seen some Callaway CB1s in my local Costco - 24 for £24. I know nothing about these balls.
Could anyone tell me if :
a) they are old?
b) are they any good?
and C) if they are any good is 24 for £24 a good price?

Cheers!

a quid per ball, made by Callaway? got to be good.

Thats what I thought. Read a few reviews and they seem very positive, but they are all at least a couple of years old. On the callaway site, they are in the 'classic ball' section which suggests that they are old stock getting sold off cheap. I was wondering hw they would compare to warbirds, which are also a quid a ball.

Warbird is the current distance ball? If the CB1 was the distance ball from a few years ago, I can't see it'll be inferior (except by a small margin, maybe).
If you can get Warbirds for the same, go with these. personaly, I pick up any bargains going, old or new.
I've played a few rounds with a some PTS distance from 2000? recently. Good as gold. God bless Titleist.
