C Swing Video coaching session.

Something the wife got me for Christmas. Anyway, booked in for next Friday. It's through Crown golf. Anyone been on one?

I've posted a couple of iPhone videos of my swing before on here, so it'll be interesting to see if there's any change. But only having one game in two months, I'm expecting the worst. Ie. Inside takeaway and a very in to out downswing. Though what I'm more interested in is why with my mid irons I produce a soft draw, and the long clubs produce a push fade.

I had lessons with a pro at my old club on the video, I like the pro, very good and he went through the c swing in great detail, even emailed the swing and a break down of the swing, if you get a good pro it's excellent mate.

You answered it yourself mate ,my problem on my takeaway was to come inside my pro noticed it right away thats how your getting theses shots,he got me to have more width on the takeway and it is working so good luck

N1 golf do a similar thing. Very interesting and usually quite frightening to see yourself on video like that and being able to go through it in such detail. Ultimately good though. I've a couple of clips of me from the 2009 season and compared it to one from my last lesson in December. Still got one major inherent flaw but things like the takeaway, turn and impact position are so much better. It's made me feel somewhat positive about 2011

Yeah. My coach uses C Swing.

We're crown golf as well and all the academy coaches have to use it at all the clubs.

Software is ok. What you'd expect. Records you're swing. Plays it back, can freeze it in positions. Can have another 'model' swing on screen beside it to demonstrate the difference and change needed.

Personally I find it really useful as what it feels like I'm doing usually isn't what I'm actually doing and seeing it on screen really helps.

I use C-Swing for my coaching, does everything i want swing analysis software to do. I use it with a Casio high speed camera.
Very clear and easy to use and i like that you can zoom in to see parts of the swing in closer detail.

I use the FH-25, best camera i've ever used.....
