Seen a car at a man dealer online on Belfast, we live in the UK

Has anyone brought a car from NI and brought it back ?

Just wondering what the pitfalls are ?

Thanks

In the 90's driving anywhere near an army or RAF site drew unwanted attention when you had NI plates!! My mate had one and was a PITA! Can't see any issues these days.

It will cost you over £100 to bring it back on the ferry plus whatever it costs you to get there in the first place. Add on fuel etc and you are probably looking at in excess of £200 more than buying locally. But if the car is worth it.....................

I had one in the 80s...worked at RAF Strike Commans near Wycombe as a civvie.
Turned up on the first day to a view of rifles and being escorted out of the car while they checked it all out....more than slightly worrying....:poop:
