...is fantastic, had a problem with the carry pouch of my 6 month old Tour V2 so i emailed them and they immediately replied saying that they'd send a new one out straight away. Just thought this deserved a bit of recognition, thanks to Alex Phillips at Bushnell

I have to agree I had a problem a few years ago phoned them up and they asked me to send mine back within a few days I had a brand new replacement.
