Has anyone played Burhill, either the old or new courses, because I have a Junior League match there this saturday. However I am unsure of what course its on.

Anyone got any tips or advice?

Thanks in advance,
Liam

I've played the old course which was great. Tree lined a lot of the way it has a lot of subtle borrows on the greens so pay attention to how the other putts roll. From memory I think the front nine is longer than the back but the last is a long par 4 of around 430 yards.

Its a very traditional old fashioned type of club so I imagine it will be jackets and ties afterwards. I think you'll love it and I think it drains pretty well too so given the forecast you should be ok

Played yesterday evening/Tuesday, fantastic Course, we have our Company Golf Day there every year, MD member, playing Golf Day 24th July, next Friday.

Played the Old course, which is concidered the easier of the 2 and the better looking. Stay out of the Rough, Bunkers are in range and the Greens are quick. One of the Par 3's on the back, the Tee box is next to another, cant remember, 15th i think, well, what ever club you chose for yds, hit an extra club if the flag is on the back of the green. I had 150 to centre, just made it on with wind behind and a 8iron, was agood strike.

Sorry that is all I have
