@Arthur Wedge - a few people have mentioned the hard cap, you appear to be ignoring these posts. Is it because they debunk your claims?

It seems to me a case of a member of the forum taking a story to back up their "WHS is rubbish" argument, and completely sensationalizing it to make s stronger impact.@Arthur Wedge - a few people have mentioned the hard cap, you appear to be ignoring these posts. Nobody wants or needs names.I know the hard cap and can’t post the evidence on here because it includes people’s names
The results are still there from the opens in 22/23 and the results are still there form 2024 both showing players HCs
Straight down the rabbithole with all the other WHS threads now.Should many of these comments be transferred to another thread? There now seems to be no relevance to buffer zones. Ironically, it seems the OP is the one that has gone off on a tangent.
Yep and considering some say they don't care,Straight down the rabbithole with all the other WHS threads now.![]()
Clubs don’t trust the players that abuse the system. Cheats will cheat.Guess people’s experience will vary depending on the club and what’s in place
But the manipulation issue with WHS is there and everyone knows it’s there and it’s been discussed multiple times
Some don’t think it happens - clubs clearly do think it does with restrictions being put in place
Very much so - even if some don’t want to see that

The old system, 3 cards per year only needed to keep an active handicap, wasn't great either. This adds an extra layer to the system which isn't a bad thing, more than occurred previously.Does this show clubs don’t trust the system.?
Are these publicly posted results on the web?I know the hard cap and can’t post the evidence on here because it includes people’s names

Also have email from one of the players clubs highlighting the issue that was sent to them by EG and clubs
Problem with that is that he has already accused them of cheating on a public forum. So if he posts a link to them, it doesn't really matter what others conclude, the accusation is out there. I believe we had a similar incident in this forum a few months back, maybe a year ago, where someone posted a link to the results, and thus putting the names out there and the clubs involved. Was quickly taken downAre these publicly posted results on the web?
Just provide links to the 22/23 open results page and the 2024 results page, dont mention which players are involved....just let folks work things out for themselves.

As others have said, cheats will always look to cheat. They cheated under the old system, they cheat under this one. Clubs are at least recognising this now and trying to deal with it.
Ah yes the great jumper bandits.Problem with that is that he has already accused them of cheating on a public forum.
