Was looking online today and the J40 cavity back irons look really nice, has anyone had a hit of these as they look sweet and can be had for a decent price just now.

They look superb ,read a bit about them on the net they seem to have a bit of a cult following , £349 on Snaiton Golf.

Premium brand but rather under the radar in Europe. Standard advice to make sure they are fitted to you, but the kit is as good as the usual big name suspects.

Have you had a hit with them Ethan, i know my specs pretty well and the shaft they come with fits my specs. Not seen anyone with them near me

I have the J38 DPCs, fantastic craftsmanship and quality
i bought these irons blind as almost impossible to find them to demo, i simply have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone

I have a set of J36 (I think) in the cupboard. These were combo (cavity to the 7 iron and blade thereafter). They have the TT S300 shaft in them and for me at least, I felt the spin rate was too high. I went off Pro Vs for a while due to this.
They are great value, as the demand for Bridgestone kit isn't the same as for Ping, Titleist etc. However, that could also reflect in any resale value.
A top quality club for a cracking price however.

Haven't hit them, but seen and handled them. Very nice and top quality. Tried a previous version, also very good. I would have no qualms about these if you fancy them and they suit you.
They look a bit like the Mizuno MP64 and the MPH4.
Steve, the one and only time ive been in Direct golf in Dundee they had a set of these.

I had a set of J36 cavity backs a couple of years back. Great looking clubs, great feel to them being forged but alas just too much club for me at the time. I saw the deal in Snainton for the J40 pocket cavity and like you was tempted... luckily my bank balance was saved by the PX shafts...
