Big error by Eubank missing weight. £350k might be the least of his worries seeing as he tried and failed
to make it. This rehydration clause might will mean he’ll still have to restrict himself. Sure I read on average he gains 14lbs after weigh in. He’s restricted to gaining just 10lb (well slightly less now…).

Bookies still got Eubank as massive favourite,what’s your thoughts?

I’ve backed Eubank (before today). I think he’s too big. Although Eubank get chastised for the lack of ‘names’ on his resume, Benn hasn’t fought at the same level (not sure I could name any of his opponents… apart from the guy who got beat off Khan and Pacquiao…) and hasn’t been very active these last few years. Eubank has a good chin. George Groves hits a lot harder than Conor Benn and he couldn’t get Eubank out of there. Although saying that, Liam Smith did and is not a huge puncher. Big question for me is that rehydration clause and the impact that could have.

What are your thoughts?

Pretty much agree with you.
I want benn to win,but just feel Eubank is too big.
 
Benn v Eubank is difficult to call as there are so many factors. Will Benn get too emotional and lose form? Will age and boiling down to weight catch up with Eubank? Will Eubank be complacent? Which Eubank will turn up...the Liam Smith fight 1st version or the second? Will Benn carry any power at this weight? I think Eubank should win but my spider sense says Benn.
