A question for Mac users on a peculiar and irritating fault that has suddenly developed with my Golf Monthly forum bookmark on my Macbook (using Safari).

Each time I click on the bookmark, the forum page appears briefly only to be diverted to this apparently blank page
https://forums-secure.golf-monthly.co.uk/profile.php?do=dst
This happens twice and on the third time of clicking on the bookmark, the menu page comes up and stays.

It is clearly an error to do with the bookmark since it does not happen if the URL is typed into the address bar. So far, I have dumped the bookmark and made a new one and emptied the cache without success.

Any suggestions?

Since the page comes up blank I don't know what it is and I don't have my profile bookmarked. The strange thing of course is that it only happens twice: third time of trying all is well.

It's not a big problem since I get to where I want fairly quickly, but it is mildly irritating and at the same time intriguing.

I have this same problem using FireFox. If I click on the book-marked page http://forums.golf-monthly.co.uk/ I get diverted very quickly (in about 1-2 secs) to https://forums-secure.golf-monthly.co.uk/profile.php?do=dst. If I manage to click on a sub-forum link in the second or so before this happens I will avoid being re-routed. However the only other way around it seems to be to click back page and forward page several times. After about the 3rd/4th attempt it gives up trying to re-direct me.

Ok guys try this solution for anyone having issues.

Go to Forum settings above right, General Settings ,Then to the time box near the bottom, Turn DST settings on rather than auto

that will cure it.
