What do you currently use for back office work (membership management, bar & food, communications etc)?

Bar and catering is run independently, as is the pro shop, with their own systems. We use ClubV1 for membership, comms, comps, etc.

HDID booking hasn't really been considered as I'm fairly sure it is far less functional than BRS in this respect.

Our assistant manager, who is running the trial, says he hasn't yet found anything it can't do or we might want to do.

The CSI development team seem to have been heavily focussed on this aspect of ClubV1/HDID recently, so no doubt the gap has narrowed substantially.
