Sent my old G10 Driver and 3 wood out on Wednesday to the buyer. Used ParcelForce, paid extra for next day delivery and also paid extra to insure the bloody things.
Here it is 3 days later and they still haven't arrived. Using the tracking number they gave me, apparantly they were mis-sorted and sent to the wrong bloody depot on Thursday. They should have still arrived yesterday but didn't.
I'll never use the bastids again.

Smif - there is a reason they are called ParcelFarce you know .......

Using their "contact us" facility, I've just sent them a stinking email summing up my experience of using them.
It's a "Smiffy" type one, so you can guess what it said..... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Same with Royal Mail all over, Smiffy. I can't even count the number of times they've left me a card saying I wasn't in when I was. Means traipsing 3 miles to their nearest depot to collect something the lazy b's couldn't be bothered to come up the stairs to deliver...or ring the doorbell. Useless.

Harumph.

I've only ever used them once and they delivered late. Was given a form to fill in to claim some money back but I really couldn't be bothered with the whole process.
Just never using them again will cost them far more money than compensating me a few quid.
