Have a look on your local councils website,it will give you a breakdown of your charges,i was gobsmacked when i found out how little i'm charged for waste and recycling.I think its excellent value for money.
Then again,under the "condems" there will be no council services left due to the massive cuts they've forced upon local councils.

You're right there Smiffy.

As I understand it, a lot of people on retirement move to Bournemouth, their parents then move out and go to Eastbourne, and their parents move on to Bexhill. By then, they have probably forgotten what a condom is for - let alone trying to use one.

How long have you been living in Bexhill now??
