Blonde moments.

1) Quite often pull the driver, go over to the tee, tee-up the ball, get ready to take a couple of practice swings, then sheepishly remove the driver head-cover before continuing.

2) In a match on the second green I picked up my marker when I thought the hole was lost, only to find my putt was to halve it.

3) On the very next tee, a bit flustered, I duffed my 8I, the ball dribble forward 10 feet, hit the tee marker and bounced back, remaining on the tee, and I just walked over and picked it up, rather than playing my second shot from where the ball sat!

4) On the 8th green last Wednesday evening, in a nine hole ecclectic, stableford, needed a birdie to beat my previous score, missed the birdie putt, missed the par putt, walked up and tapped the ball back and missed that one as well, ball hit my foot, picked the ball up, then found that as well as being an ecclectic, each weekly round score is possibly valid for a prize, and I'd basically just ruined my card!
