Ladbrokes odds are honest.

Betfairs commission is sneaky.

Don't get me wrong the exchanges are a useful tool, but you have to take into account commission on the prices you see, so the odds you see aren't actually the ones you get. Some of the other exchanges have nicer rates, but sadly not always the liquidity of Betfair.
