Life is great peeps!!! 
Played at a local course after work (not mine) and played my best round ever!
I've played this course on a few occasions and generally struggled.
Not the case today though. I swung smoothly and I'd say around 85% of my drives were good. Iron play was good too. Putted like I'd never putted before, single and two putts on most holes.
Birdied a bloody long par 5 and parred several holes (excellent for me)
Had nothing over 6 right up until the 17th when I sliced my 3rd shot into the rough and lost it!
Ended up carding an 8 which I felt ruined a very good card for me.
Put the bad hole behind me and drove a nice un and managed a bogey on the long par 4 18th.
Went round in 95 gross (69 nett) for a 1 under round.
Still feeling good about it and have seriously bored the wife stupid recollecting particularly good shots.
May seem nothing to some of you better golfers, but to me It's a good milestone for me!
