Apart from a lesson with teh local pro which piece of training equipmet have you found most beneficial?

Realise it may depend on which part of your game you wish to improve.

If I had the money, I'd buy an explanar. Simple.

Other than that, a large traffic cone nicked off the A34 in south birmingham was the best piece of training equipment ever....or maybe even some broken shafts.

...or maybe even some broken shafts.

Used more of those than anything else in the past. Haven't broken any clubs recently so had to resort to brightly coloured sticks. They look the part in the bag but could do with getting out more.

I also find tees are pretty good for putting and swing path.

Never been too extravagant. Except for the V-easy!!

Leaderboard is my favourite practice aid, helps keep me grounded and my swing more efficient. Always hit the ball better after a good session using it.
Also use it for putting practice.

Recently got my hands on a Impact Ball which is good but the Leaderboard has the edge for me

How do you use your Leaderboard for putting practice?

Nick

I'm lucky enough to have use of a huxley putting mat which sits approx same height as the Leaderboard. Push the plates apart to brace the legs and practice putting, really helps keep my body stable when practicing.

The golf club I've joined is the best piece of practice equipment I've invested in. It has 18 holes which allows you to play a variety of shots from Driver right through to putter. :D

I've got one of those but the way I played today makes me think I assembled it wrong!

It sounds like it to me.
Next time put the trees in the middle and the fairways up the sides

There's always such a simple solution.

Amazing the help that you can get on this forum, especially when the members have had their medication!
