Benefits Advisor Sought

Hi folks,

Does anyone know a benefits advisor, particularly someone who knows a lot about Child Tax Credit eligibility?

HMRC have been useless and whilst Citizen's Advice are my next port of call, I can never get through to them and would prefer not to wait 3 hours for an appointment.
