Love this guy, he comes over as really chilled out person just enjoying playing golf for a living. Glad he made it into the US Open.

Andrew ‘Beef’ Johnston, who came T21st at Wentworth, made THREE eagles on his way to qualifying, including a hole-in-one, a two on a par-4 and a three on a par-5.
Beef shot rounds of 68 and 66 for a tie for ninth to qualify for his second US Open.

He carried the biggest crowd round with him at Walton Heath. I watched a few shots and he was playing very well

He played alrite, bit scrappy in places.

Amazing how cool and collected he was, got really focused at the end when he knew how big the last few holes were.

Great news. Golf needs guys like him. He just loves playing golf. Plenty others (i won't name names) could learn from him.
